Abrams, Wisc. (February 23, 2017) - With the 2016 TORC MORR Sportsman Banquet celebrations complete, Midwest short-course off-road racers are concentrating on preparations for the 2017 TORC Sportsman race season. Over 150 racers are expected to compete in the summer long series that stretches from Minnesota to lower Michigan. The MORR Sportsman competitor competes not only for a race purse supported by entry fees and track contributions, but a contingency program supported by various companies involved in the off-road lifestyle.
The MORR Contingency Program would like to announce the initial companies that have committed to the Sportsman short-course competitors in the TORC series.
As of February 15, 2017, Auto Trans Designs, Weddle Industries, Rugged Radios, Auto Meter, Optima Batteries, Walker Evans Racing, Rod End Supply, Mastercraft Safety/Impact Racing, Red Line Oil, Aeroquip, ARP, and Allstar Performance.
