Below you will find a link to the annual 'recital packet' filled with important information about ticket orders and general procedures we follow for our shows.  We will also send these out via email and have hard copies available at the studio.  We hope you will take time to review this very important information.  As always, we are available to answer any questions you may have.

2017 Recital Packet - Please Review

Brrr, it's cold out there!:  Please remember to carry your dance shoes into the building.  We are trying to minimize the amount of sand and dirt that gets onto the dance floors.  Also, if you're chilly waiting in the hallway, there are plenty of seats upstairs on the floor above us where you can keep warm.  We want you to be comfortable while you wait.  Thank you!

Makeup Classes:  We continue to have a very generous make up policy.  Please check with your child's teacher for other opportunities to attend class if your child misses his/her regular lesson.  You do not need to let us know you're coming to a different class, but please let the teacher know which class you're visiting from.

Snow & Inclement Weather Policy: Please note that we generally follow the Lexington Public Schools when they close for snow or other reasons.  But, often if the roads clear by the time we'd like to start classes, we will hold them.  Please call the studio at noon for an updated message about whether or not we will be open for our afternoon and evening classes.

Observation Days: Some of the costumes have already started arriving!  Costume distribution will begin in February. We will try to give you as much notice as possible for when your child's costume distribution day will be.  It all depends on shipment dates from costume companies.

Are you a graduating senior this year? Please let The Dance Inn know if your child is a high school senior this year. There is a senior list next to the front desk in the office, please have your child sign his or her name to the list the next time they are in the studio.

Getting your 5th, 10th, or 15th year trophy this year? We are starting to put together a list of dancers who will be receiving a trophy this year. If you believe your child is one of them, please let the office know and please include the year he or she started. There is also a list posted by the front desk in the office.
