The goal is to provide a focused, career exploration opportunity in the hospitality industry. Students and teachers will interact with indust ry professionals, explore the resort & hotel environment and identify career ladders.
Early bird registration (register by Friday, November 10, 2017)  - $18.00 per student/teacher
 AFTER November 10, 2017 -  $20.00 per student/teacher

20 students/teachers* per school  (limited to the first 200 students/teachers registered)

*Note - There may be more than 20 students per school attend if additional teachers/adults also attend. The desired ratio is a maximum of 15 to 1. Please call with specific situations.
GRADE LEVEL:    Juniors and Seniors only


Registration will be from 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. and we will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and end by 1:45 p.m. This year the program will once again feature the interactive culinary component along with an enhanced property tour. Late arrivals will miss portions of the property tour.

Please remind your students that this is not a day off school. This is a professional field trip at a place of business. They need to be respectful of all speakers and will have time to converse with friends or use their cell phone during lunch.
Teachers must accompany students (1 teacher per 20 students required). Schools must provide own transportation. All participating schools will be notified upon receipt of registration and payment.  

Everyone should dress as if attending a job interview. It is the teacher's responsibility to share with the students prior to the event how to dress and on the day of the event make certain they do not bring students who are dressed inappropriately.
                Girls - dress, skirt or nice slacks & blouse (NO revealing clothing!)
                Boys - slacks & nice shirt
                Comfortable walking shoes for both
SPECIAL NOTE: Individuals wearing blue jeans, shorts, t-shirts, cutoffs, baseball caps, torn clothing, revealing clothing, etc., will NOT be allowed to attend the program. The teacher of any student not allowed to attend will be required to spend the day with their student and, therefore, also miss the program.


Early Registration Deadline:       Fri day, November 10, 2017
Final Registration Deadline:       Friday, November 17, 2017 (subject to space availability)

9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.      Welcome and General Managers presentations
9:30 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.    Industry Presentations (25 minute rotation)
12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.    Lunch & Professional Panel Q & A
This program is open only to students in high schools in the Southern Arizona area including Casa Grande.
