Save the Date for the 2018 Gifted Ed Conference
The fourth annual Rutgers Gifted Education Conference , slated for Friday, November 30, 2018, will feature two keynote presenters: Joyce Van Tassel-Baska and Brian Housand, as well as the faculty for the Rutgers Gifted Education Certificate Program. This conference is designed for both administrators and teachers, with workshops keyed to novices and veterans, addressing topics including interventions for special populations, technology applications for gifted education, building a gifted program step by step, social and emotional development of gifted learners, multi-measure identification models, model instructional units, and practical differentiation strategies for the classroom. This special event will be held at the Rutgers Center for Continuing Education in Somerset, NJ, and registration will open on Tuesday, September 4.  Receive conference announcements.

Now is your last chance to sign up for this summer's offering of Curriculum and Instruction. This online course, taught by Dr. Jessica Manzone, will be held May 29-July 5. It is designed to provide educators with the basic frameworks for developing curriculum for gifted learners K-12.  Learn more.
