HARRISBURG, PA – JUNE 22, 2018 –  The Pennsylvania National Horse Show is pleased to announce that the Prize List, qualifying information, and entry forms for the 2018 Horse Show will be available online on Monday, June 25 at Noon EST. The Prize List will only be available online and will not be mailed out. The 73 rd annual show will continue at the Farm Show Arena Complex in Harrisburg, PA, October 11-20.

Jr. Weekend will again offer three sections of Pony Hunters, four sections of 3’6” Junior Hunters and two sections of Junior Hunters 3’3″. Jr Weekend will also feature the Neue Schule/USEF Junior Jumper Championships and the Dover Saddlery/US Hunter Seat Medal. The Pennsylvania National Horse Show remains the launching ground for many young riders hoping to make their mark in the equestrian world. 
Adult Week will offer an increased number of entries in the Green Hunter 3’ and 3’3” sections, open to the first 28 horses entered per section based on the postmark date of entry blank or the date entry is submitted online at horseshowsonline.com.
With an improved class schedule, all open jumper classes will be conducted under FEI rules, with four counting toward the Longines FEI World Rankings list. Prize money has been increased to $132,000 in the Grand Prix de Penn National and $50,000 in the PA Big Jump.

We are offering a new combined Amateur and Amateur-Owner Jumper section at 1.35m.

The entire show will enjoy new competition grade footing in the Equine Arena along with the existing competition footing in both the small schooling and the main competition rings.
Closing dates are as follows:
  • 3’ and 3’3” Green Hunters accepted on a first come first served basis
  • Hunter/Jumper Qualifying Sections – postmarked by August 22, 2018
  • NAL/Equitation/Sidesaddle – postmarked by August 31, 2018
