The River Landing Property Owners Association will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, January 25th at 5:30 pm in the Grand Ballroom of the River Landing Clubhouse. As mentioned in previous correspondence, the move to a January date is in keeping with the covenants, and allows time for the Association to have a complete set of financial statements for 2017 to review.

The purpose of the annual meeting is to provide updates on the overall operations of the POA. Topics will include financials, landscape and maintenance, community projects, real estate, the Custom Home Program and more. If you have topics related to the POA that you would like us to address, please submit your questions below. This meeting is specifically for POA related business and will not address Club Operations.
