Today, September 29, 2016, Mayor Rahm Emanuel & Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr. (27th Ward), celebrated the new 363-unit residential and mixed-use
project, located at 1001 W. Chicago Avenue. It will include a new grocery store, a restaurant and is projected for completion in 2018.
