Summer is here!
We hope you all had a nice weekend! Sunday was the first day of summer - woo hoo! And the 4th of July is right around the corner! Time for backyard cook outs, good company of family and friends, and maybe some outside-stitching! Here are some easy patriotic projects to celebrate!

The judging is done!  Out of over 100 entries for our Primitive & Folk Art Exhibit at Festival, 23 beautiful quilts have been chosen to hang as representatives of the style we all love and admire.  Six entries were selected from the highest point totals to be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each category:  Original Pattern Design or Made from a Published Pattern.  We wish to thank everyone for participating and submitting such beautiful quilts for consideration - we are amazed daily at the awe-inspiring talent across the globe in this wonderful industry!
