Sixpoint Brewery
Brooklyn, NY

Bengali IPA:

6.6% ABV, Bitterness: 66 IBUs

It all started with an epic video game marathon back in 2004. Rocking blaze-orange homebrew, we saw the foam rings down the glass like tiger stripes. Thousands of batches and tweaks later, the BENGALI still slashes. Tip it back and let gravity do the work. Game on!  6-pack, 12oz cans

Resin Double IPA:

9.1% ABV, Bitterness: 103 IBUs

Resin is an ode to the sticky quintessence of hops - we extracted the alluring nectar from every precious citrus, pine, dank and herbal cone and channeled it all into one vessel. Now that's Mad Science. 6-pack, 12oz cans

Recipes
This salad is delicious served chilled, and is always even better the next day.  Great alone or as a side dish.
When it's too hot to turn the oven on, these are delicious on the grill! I love to serve it with plain or herbed yogurt for dipping.
A zesty take on mushy peas, these fresh peas are delicious with a vinaigrette dressing and salmon.
The high heat of the grill gives this cauliflower its crisp exterior, while an earthy spice rub delivers a ton of flavor.
