The photo to the right was taken of our pond on the Fremont campus. What year was it? 

Answer:  The picture was taken in spring 1974.  

 Trivia #2:

Q: The First Fremont-Newark Community College District Board of Trustees meeting was conducted at Kennedy High School in Fremont. (Board Minutes). What month and year was it held?

Answer: The first official meeting of the newly elected Board of Trustees was conducted on January 3, 1966, in the Library of John F. Kennedy High School in Fremont.

Spring Fling - March 27 and 28, 2017 - 
We welcomed students back from Spring break with fun activities, gifts and snacks. Students added their selfies to our library to be included in our coffee table book cover (coming in the fall). Thank you to all the volunteers and the tireless work of Kelly Wilmeth, Fred Alim and Patrice Birkedahl.
MAD HATTER TEA PARTY - 50TH STLYE - March 31, 2017 

Students and their friends had a wonderful time eating, dancing, and having fun at our first Mad Hatter's Tea party. The event was held in the Nummi Theatre and was the first such event held for our college students. Thanks to the creative work of Fred Alim and students, the event was a total blast!
