Class of 2018
Meningitis
Immunization Requirement
Attention Class of 2018! The State of Indiana has an immunization requirement that states all students in the 12th grade must have a booster Meningococcal Vaccination (MCV4, Menveo, or Menactra). This vaccine is required for high school entry (and college). If you had your first shot at age 16 or older, the booster is not required.
The Cardinal Ritter clinic needs you to get this completed during the summer or provide documentation as having already completed this requirement. Please note there is also a new 2 dose series of Meningocccal B strain which is NOT required (until Class of 2019) but is recommended to be done. Click here for the full list of immunization requirements.
This state requirement needs to be completed before
September 6, 2017
. Thanks for your cooperation and please let Nurse Feltz know if you have any questions.

Closing Prayer
Lord God,
we thank you that you have upheld us and brought us to the Savior. Help us to remember this truth through your Holy Spirit, and constantly remind us while still on earth to live in heaven with all your angels. We are helpless without you. Your Spirit alone can overcome our sinful nature so that we never forget to be in heaven with the Savior now and in eternity. Amen.
