crushed within 4 hours of picking
. They don't sit in a pile for weeks or months to rot. Again, yuck, can you believe this is what people bottle and sell as extra virgin olive oil?

tested by a third party lab to ensure authenticity and quality.

Fresh olive oil often carries very fresh, green flavours. Sometimes it even smells like freshly cut grass!
The most common flaws we find in average supermarket olive oils labeled extra virgin are 'fustiness' and 'mustiness'. These flaws bring on a very flat and bland taste. This is actually caused by the olives starting to go bad before the oil is made!
