Yoga with Dr. Lisa 

Regular yoga practice reduces the risk of compression fractures, heart disease and depression, among other conditions. The Kaplan Center is offering a 6-week yoga class led by Dr. Lisa Lilienfield.
 
Under the guidance of Dr. Lilienfield, even those with physical impairments can exercise safely while gaining the benefits of a challenging workout. The class is small so participants will receive individualized attention. There are only 3 spots left!

breathing techniques (pranayama) to lower stress."
