lease agreement states the monthly water bill is included in the rent, which is in the name of the landlord. The landlord never paid the water bill causing the water to be turned off. The client and his wife are on the Shelter Plus Program with the Jefferson County Housing Authority. The Jefferson County Housing Authority sent a termination of service siting that the water was off for more than 3 days. The water company will not allow the client to put the water in his name until the past due balance is paid. Client needs help fight this eviction. (

David helped a client who had filed a pro se suit against a Ford dealership relating to repair work they had done on her car. The client contended that after she took her car to the dealership, the dealership kept her car for an extended period of time and charged her for repairs that did not correct the problems she was complaining of. Attorney Hymer tried the case on behalf of the client. Following the trial, the Judge entered a judgment in favor of Ms. Rush in the amount of $941.4 plus cost., which the defendant paid to the client.
