$100 million Gift to Brown's Brain Science Institute

A $100 million gift to Brown University’s brain science institute from alumnus Robert J. Carney and Nancy D. Carney will drive an ambitious agenda to quicken the pace of scientific discovery and help find cures to some of the world’s most devastating diseases, such as ALS and Alzheimer’s.

Brown University is an organization we frequently partner with as they are also in Rhode Island. We are excited to see what they do with this incredible gift.

Join Miles for Migraine and the Association for Migraine Disorders for a 2 mile walk, 5K run, and 10 Mile run. This fundraiser is focused on showing support to the 39 million people in the U.S. living with migraine and raising awareness that migraine is not “just a headache”.

Shades For Migraine is a campaign to promote migraine awareness and create a viral buzz for a disease that affects over 1 billion people worldwide.
On Migraine Solidarity Day, June 21, we are asking everyone to show they care and wear a pair of sunglasses where they normally wouldn't, even indoors when possible! Prove it by posting photos on social media with the hashtag #ShadesForMigraine.
