A 38,000 Pound Lift

One of LGH's valued customers needed to remove a 38,000 lb chiller out of a 5' below grade hole and replace the old chiller with a new one. Four of LGH's 25 ton hydraulic rams were used to lift the chiller into the air. LGH's 28 ton low pro machine skates were also used to slide the chiller out of the hole. The customer continued to jack and crib until they had the chiller positioned. Once the chiller was in place, the customer turned it 90 degrees to get it out of the building. The entire process started again when the new chiller was brought in.
