Congratulations, NAMIC Leadership Seminar graduates! Over forty professionals gathered in Washington DC for a 3-day workshop, March 30-April 1, with the goal of maximizing strengths, filling in development gaps, raising the bar on performance in current roles, and planning courageously and strategically for continuous growth and advancement.

According to the 2014 NAMIC Education Program Impact Study, participants in NAMIC's Leadership Seminar were more likely than non-participants to receive a promotion, particularly in the first year following participation. Also, retention was shown to be higher amongst Leadership Seminar alumni.
