Are you training adults? 

I started a thread that was inspired by an article called "Resistance training - an underutilised drug available in everybody's medicine cabinet"

I think it's an article that everyone on the site who trains adults needs to print this out and then save the link.

I can't emphasize how important resistance raining is for adults and if you are having trouble convincing anyone, this article will help.  How do you train adults?
