The small group market, today and in the coming year. Within one year of the event small business will include employers with under 100 eligible employees.  What does this mean to the employers, and what demands will be placed on the broker serving these businesses?   Where is the small group market likely headed?

Social media and new technology.  Reaching the market effectively and efficiently means using a broader array of tools.  What will it take to stay competitive with new entrants in the market that offer sophisticated on-line presence.  How to navigate and build a profile on LinkedIn, Facebook, Yammer, Twitter and other platforms will be featured.   

 

Sales technique and method.  The ACA has reshaped benefit design and pricing significantly. New entrants in the market offer sophisticated on-line presence and new sales strategies. Attendees will learn how to demonstrate value to the consumer, and better align effort for results.   

 

Sales planning.  Attendees will be provided a clear and easy to execute template for setting objectives and establishing benchmarks.  Guidance on setting strategy is offered.
