EBA's Oil and Liquids and Natural Gas Committees are hosting an EBA Energizer August 8th, featuring an in-house panel of pipeline, shipper, and investment professionals as they discuss the Commission’s revised policy statement on the treatment of income taxes, including the Commission’s core finding that a tax allowance coupled with a return on equity pursuant to the DCF methodology results in a double recovery for MLPs, the reverberations in the market, and possible future ramifications.
The panel will be co-hosted in Washington, DC and Houston, linked by video conference with a happy hour in both locations to follow.
