At last month's National Convention in Las Vegas, we made a lot of new introductions including the new App, the first item in CieAura's Signature Collection, the Manny Pacquiao Bracelet, the Alternative Therapies Journal, validating our chip technology, the amazing CieAura Weight Management System, and the enhancements to the CieAura Compensation Plan! To the say the least it was an amazing weekend.
Hopefully, you have already taken advantage of all these incredible new products and tools!
In this e-mail I would like to bring you up to speed on the timing for the new Compensation Plan enhancements and what you need to do. As Jerry "JY" Yerke and I mentioned from stage, the new enhancements will go into effect at 12:00 AM Central Time on Sunday November 13, 2011. Anyone who becomes a Cie
Aura Independent Retailer on or after November 13, 2011 will be paid according to the rules of the new enhanced compensation plan.
By the way, these enhancements were a joint effort between the entire corporate team and the Presidential Advisory Council. We all feel that this improved compensation plan will help to create greater growth and provide a much clearer path for advancing in rank through the compensation plan!
For all existing CieAura Independent Retailers, those that joined prior to 12:00 AM Central Time on November 13, 2011, we will be "Grandfathering" you into the enhanced compensation plan at your current pay rank. We are doing this to remove any confusion as to the level at which you will be paid. This "Grandfathering" period will last until January 28, 2012 at 11:59 PM Central Time. We feel that this will give you plenty of time to understand the true benefits of the new enhancements without stopping the momentum in your business that the convention helped to create.
We encourage you to review the revised compensation plan document to understand what all of this means to you and to help you understand why your leaders and the corporate team are so excited about these enhancements!
