B'Av 2010, A Really Great Excuse for a Romantic
Date
 Monday, July 26, 2010 is Tu B'Av. For the first time in
Bay Area History, Tu B'Av will be celebrated at a restaurant,
namely The Kitchen
Table.
Tu B'Av is a day of
love and romance, akin to Valentine's Day. In modern day Israel, it
is customary to send a bouquet of red roses to the special people
in your life, romantic songs are played on the radio and parties
are held in the evenings throughout the country. And, many couples
and groups of couples go out to restaurants to celebrate this very
Romantic Holiday. Many use it as a day to propose marriage.
Lets face it. Its a great opportunity to let that special someone
know you are a helpless romantic who wants to express your love in
a very special way and when that loved-one least expects it. Tu
B'Av is that excuse to take your special someone out for a date.
Can it get any more romantic?
In honor of Tu B'Av, TKT's Executive Chef Steven Long and Chef de
Cuisine Jay Vigilla have developed
and prepared a very special menu. For dinner, on Monday, July
26th, The Kitchen Table will feature its special Tu B'Av Prix Fixe
Menu.
It's a great opportunity to tell that special somebody, "I love
you" - whether or not you are Jewish! Love is in the air on Tu
B'Av, come celebrate with us!
Please note: Children are
welcome too and can order off the regular Children's Menu. The
regular Dinner menu will NOT be available that night.

26th Tu B'Av Prix Fixe Dinner. You
