Kevin Mahogany
Newsweek Magazine declared Kevn Mahogany to be the "standout jazz vocalist of his generation." With over ten recordings as a leader, vocalist, businessman and educator, Kevin Mahogany has been the standard setter for jazz vocalists for three decades. His broad baritone was forged in his hometown of Kansas City, where he learned to swing like Charlie Parker, shout the blues like Big Joe Turner, and cry a ballad like Lester Young. His myriad, interwoven dimensions of music range from from gutbucket, the Great American Songbook, and gospel, to Mingus to Motown. More information at Kevin's website .
Barbara Morrison
National Public Radio members, listeners and staff voted Barbara Morrison as one of the "50 Greatest Jazz Vocalists."  Her melodic voice, with its three-and-a-half-octave range, is known worldwide, as are her rich, unique, soulful and highly spirited interpretations of both, familiar Jazz and Blues classics and original contemporary tunes. A staple on the jazz scene, Barbara Morrison performs frequently with her trio throughout California, and also tours extensively throughout the U.S. and abroad. More information at Barbara's website.
