Regardless of what your age is, the range of activities at LRAC is enormous: I don't think they have a bowling alley or billiards, but you can do tennis, swimming, racquetball, pilates, do the stationary bike, treadmills, ellypticals, not to mention working out both on great machines or with free weights. That's only the beginning of the list. You can start out by yourself or hire one of their highly qualified personal trainers. Don't forget to talk to people while you are working out or doing whatever. The people at LRAC are very pleasant and good-natured (although more or less tired), and like to meet new people. Take a look for yourself. Go to the LRAC webpage, see above, or go down and visit in person.
Sincerely,
Mark Krain
