Congratulations to Christopher Melcher and Steve Yoda on two recent appellate victories. In Y.R. v. A.F., Chris and Steve obtained the reversal of a below-guideline child support order, which the trial court had justified on the ground that the guideline amount exceeded the needs of the child. In In re Marriage of Chapman, Chris and Steve secured the reversal of a constructive trust imposed on a military veteran’s combat related special compensation. Both opinions are published.
