A New Age for Project Managers
According to the Project Management Institute, project managers' competencies are only  1/3 of the reason for a project's success. Other success factors include emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. Now more than ever, project managers need to be able to inspire their teams and respond appropriately to risks and changes.

The  Project Management Certificate Program at CCEC integrates soft skills and leadership training in addition to teaching PMI-aligned core competencies. In fact, all of CCEC's classes are designed to equip practitioners with practical resources and training necessary for real world scenarios and can be applied immediately on the job.

As a Global Registered Education Provider for the Project Management Institute (PMI), CCEC offers dozens of PMI-approved courses taught by certified project management experts. Classes range from introduction to project management to Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification preparation. Classes can be taken independently to gain new project management skills or  earn PDUs to maintain PMI certifications , or as part of a  complete certificate program that is able to stack into bachelor's degree.
