Lookout staff and supporters got together on March 15th to have their long, luscious hair cut off and donated it to a very worthy cause. All the hair is being donated to make wigs for children battling cancer.

At least 8 inches was needed for each donation, maximizing what could be used!
Thank you to everyone who donated!

Be The Change Conference:
“Understanding the struggle of food insecurity, something homeless individuals face daily, is so important to reducing stigma. I’m happy to volunteer my time and give everyone in line a ‘taste’ of what homelessness is like."
-Kulbir Gillan
On March 16th, Lookout Foundation hosted a soup-kitchen style lunch at the Be The Change Conference in New Westminster. Volunteers came out to support the event, serving hot soup and water to attendees and community members.
Trained Lookout staff were at the event to teach people how to administer naloxone and hand out free kits!
Thank you to everyone who participated organizing and volunteering at the event!
