There is a time for everything, and a season
for every activity under the heavens:
A Time to Gather
Congregational Meeting Tonight, July 1 | Come for Sheridan's Frozen Custard at 5:30 PM in Fellowship Hall and stay for the meeting at 6 PM in the sanctuary. The purpose of this meeting will be to receive, comment and informally pre-approve the proposed budget for the 2018-2019 ministry year. We will also hear a report from the Midwest Conference in Colorado in April. Only church members can vote at the meeting, but all who call Hillcrest home are welcome to attend and observe. Childcare is provided for kids ages birth through kindergarten.
Next Fourth Friday Concert | Join us on Friday, July 27 at Franklin Park for live music, free food and family-friendly fun! This month's concert features The Recliners. Click here to see the whole summer line-up.

A Time to Give
Adelante Thrift Donation Drive
Sunday, July 15

Donate in our parking lot:
  • Fill your trunk with clothing and furniture to donate to Adelante Thrift for resale.
  • Bring your items to church with you on that morning and place behind your car.
  • Volunteers will pick up the items while you are in the service to sort and prepare for transport to Adelante Thrift.
  • Since these items are for resale, please only donate new or gently used items and separate clothes (women's, men's, children's) to help our volunteers.
Volunteer to collect, sort, transport:
We need forty volunteers during and after the services to help collect, sort and transport items to Adelante Thrift. See below for two ways to sign up .
