Proclamation Gala
Celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Preliminary Emancipation Proclamation signed September 22, 1862 by President Abraham Lincoln. The African American Civil War Museum will host the Proclamation Gala on Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
This fundraising event will help support the mission of the African American Civil War Museum to preserve and tell the stories of the United States Colored Troops and African American involvement in the Civil War.
