PHILANTHROPIC LANDSCAPE 2015 Enhancing Mission through Equity and Inclusion Thursday, July 16th St. Louis, Missouri Keynote speakers, Susan Batten, President & CEO of ABFE, and Paula Dressel, Vice President of JustPartners, Inc. joined St. Louis-area funders and nonprofits in an exploration of how a racially diverse staff and an inclusive culture can improve mission performance for any nonprofit. Participants learned about racial equity and its impact on mission, and received tips and strategies for increasing equity within their organizations. A panel of local nonprofit leaders offered their own perspectives on how an inclusive workplace has led to a more effective organization.
