Tree Damage

Many of our residents were adversely affected by the wind storm last month with fallen trees, property damage, or other storm related damage. We hope that damage to residents' property was minimal and appreciate the community-wide cooperation in restoring landscape.

The ACA would like to take a moment to remind our residents as they undertake the necessary landscape repairs for tree damages, that in most cases any tree(s) that are removed must be replaced with a comparable like kind tree. If a homeowner does not wish to replace a tree(s), then a request for non-replacement must be made to the Association offices for the Modifications Committee's review and approval. Requests should be made utilizing the standard Modification Application Form that can be found at Avenel.net by clicking here.
