  • Saturday, 3:00 PM, May 20, 2017: Deadline for submitting absentee ballots to the Election Committee (by US Postal Service mail or Adams Office).
  • Sunday, May 21 2017: Election day (Voting Hours: 10:00AM - 3:00PM)

The following candidates were nominated and found eligible for election under the ADAMS Bylaws:

Voter eligibility guidelines:
  1. He/she must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Only active members since March 31, 2015 are eligible to vote. 
  3. He/she must have held a minimum of two (2) continuous years of ADAMS membership by March 31, 2017 to be eligible to vote.
  4. He/she must vote in person and will be required to produce a US government issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's license, passport, etc.). Absentee votes are acceptable only in special circumstances, e.g., work related, illness, out of town. Proof of absentee voting eligibility must be provided to the Election Committee.
  5. Absentee ballots can be requested from the Election Committee by sending an email to (include a photocopy of a US government issued photo ID). 
    • Absentee votes MUST be returned to Election Committee by US Postal Mail or one of the wooden drop boxes for election at the ADAMS Office. 
    • A photocopy of a US government issued photo ID must be included with the absentee vote in a sealed envelope with the name and member ID written on the front of envelope.
