ADVISORY: AG Wilson to Attend Immigration Law Hearing Before U.S. Supreme Court

Columbia, S.C. April 24, 2012 - Attorney General Alan Wilson will be in the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., for oral arguments regarding the State of Arizona's immigration law.

South Carolina's immigration law is very similar to Arizona's, and is following Arizona's law through the federal court system. The U.S. Supreme Court's decision will have a direct impact on South Carolina's law.
