New CEOs Affinity Group Welcomes New Members!
The group includes brand new executives as well as those that have been working a few years, but yet want to learn from others. The group utilizes ZOOM as its video conferencing tool and is scheduled to meet again on Friday March 9, at Noon CST.

This new AESA affinity group was recently launched for new CEO’s.

Current participants include members from Iowa, Kansas, Oregon, Texas, Massachusetts, Utah, and Wisconsin. The group hopes to learn from one another about successes, challenges, funding, legislative advocacy, entrepreneurialism, marketing, etc.

Dr. Ron Fielder of Iowa is facilitating the group. He served 24 years as CEO of the Grant Wood AEA in Iowa and was active in AESA as a Council member and Chair of the Foundation. He will be assisted as facilitator by Jada Rupley, CEO of the Clackamas ESD in Oregon.
