115 days and counting till the 26th Greater Detroit National Philanthropy Day Dinner, being held on November 9th at The Henry in Dearborn. Highly consider attending- better yet, sponsor a table! Use this opportunity to celebrate philanthropy and all the positives that have resulted.
If your organization is planning to attend, click here to fill out the form and RSVP today. Of course you can do this at a later date, but why wait? Cross this off your to-do list; payment can occur later leading up to the event. Personally, once September hits my schedule goes into overdrive, so purchasing the sponsorship today helps me out later. Just remember that space is limited, as there are only 750 seats at the Henry Hotel!
For those organizations that have not attended or maybe skipped a year, I hope you attend. You, and more importantly your organization, will not be disappointed. This event has been described as "the Oscars for SE Michigan non-profits." Don't miss out on celebrating with your fellow fundraisers!

Nike Community Store in Detroit to Give $50,000 to Local Organizations!
|
Nike has announced that applications for  the
next round of funding through the Nike Community Impact Fund (NCIF) are now being accepted through July 31, 2017. The Community Store in Detroit will award a total of $50,000 via grants of $5,000 to $10,000 each to local organizations that are focused on getting kids active.
