The seminar will provide a systematic teaching of the fundamental basics of understanding the Indiana Building Code. The seminar will cover foundational elements of occupancy and construction type designations and fire rated separation requirements, as well as advanced analyses of mixed use buildings and means of egress requirements. The seminar includes a brief treatment of fire protection system requirements, and a discussion of applicability of the building code to existing buildings. Earn 7 AIA/CES/HSW Learning Units!
