Acquisition and Assistance Update
AIDAR Revision
October 27, 2016
Partners,

I want to highlight the issuance of a new AIDAR clause 752.7038,  Nondiscrimination Against End-Users of Supplies or Services ("Beneficiaries") Under USAID-Funded Contracts. Information about the clause can be found in the Federal Register here. The new clause (AIDAR 48 CFR 752.7038) became effective on Tuesday, October 25, 2016. It  applies to all new awards and solicitations going forward. The clause does not apply retroactively and will not be included in existing awards.

You may access additional information about the clause from USAID here:
The Agency will also be updating ADS 303 to reflect corresponding nondiscrimination language for USAID-funded assistance awards (i.e. grants, cooperative agreements).

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Kind Rega
