Celebrate Independence Day in the Shoals! Live, nationally-known musicians perform all day, food vendors are onsite, and activities for the entire family will all be at the park throughout the day. The Independence Day Celebration culminates with one of the largest fireworks shows in the Southeast.
UNA Summer Theatre's "I'll Take You There":
The Music of Muscle Shoals is a historical musical revue that tells the inspiring story of the indigenous music culture and history that has developed along the Natchez Trace Parkway in northwest Alabama.

Kids' Sewing Classes in July at
Thread Fabric Store:
Quilt Camp:
July 14-16,
9am-Noon
In this three day camp, children ages 9+ will sew a quilt from start to finish. Quilt Camp is $100, and that includes all the fabric and supplies needed for your quilt.
Sewing Camp: June 19-21,
9am-Noon
Each day, children ages 9+ will sew a different project from start to finish. Projects at Sewing Camp will be a pillowcase, tote bag, and elastic waist skirt. Choose one day for $40, or attend all three for $110 - prices include all fabric and supplies.
No sewing experience is required to attend Quilt Camp or Sewing Camp! Space is limited, so call to reserve your spot ASAP!
