State Budget Update #1
FCA Action Alert
Yesterday, January 24, 2018, the two TED appropriations' subcommittees in the Florida House and Senate came out with their first round of state FY 2018-19 budget recommendations for the Florida Department of State Division of Cultural Affairs (DCA) Grants' Programs, along with their respective legislative projects they want funded under two DCA
grant-funding categories:

Also Recommended Are Legislative Member Projects:

The SENATE also recommends funding for eleven (11) legislative-member projects under the Cultural and Museum Grants Category totaling $7,884,260.

The HOUSE also recommends three (3) legislative-member projects under the Cultural and Museum Grants Category totaling $810,000 AND one under Cultural Facilities for $1,000,000.
