  Hurricane Preparedness
The governor has declared a state of emergency in Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Glynn, Liberty and McIntosh Counties. Now is the time for your facility to review and implement your emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
As the situation develops, the Network will be working with facilities, patients and local, state and National Emergency agencies.
Reporting Facility Status: Please be prepared to report your facility status daily, and reconcile your patient census so that ALL patients are accounted for. This is required by CMS and the State Department of Health.
Communications: Ensure that messaging is changed on your facility main phone line, and that patients and their families have a corporate/alternate phone number to call if they are in need of assistance. The Network will assist as needed emergency in patient or in finding any unaccounted for patients. Good communicating is essential to tracking and reporting during these times.
Evacuation: Prepare your patients for evacuation, and make sure that you have up to date emergency contact information for your patients.
Re-Entry after evacuation: The Network's staff is working with local and State OEMS to give priority for re-entry for dialysis facility staff to be able to assess and work to get clinics up and running. Please be prepared to report any needs to the Network so that we can advocate for your clinic.

Reporting Requirements:
If your facility is impacted by IRMA please report your facility status (Open/Closed/Altered Schedule) to the Network DAILY.
