All-Star Cochon will bring together 10 leading chefs, four star butchers and 14 different heritage breed pigs for a sample of the best tastes from three years of Cochon 555. The chefs will work together to prepare a 'snout-to-tail' menu featuring heritage breed pigs. The event four butcher demos, reserve wines, artisan cocktails, craft brews and pig infused desserts.
Special engagements include a tasting of Domaine Serene reserve wines paired with the coveted Spanish pork, Fermin Iberico de Bellota, Imported by Wagshal's.
