Volunteer with the ANC’s Afterschool Program!

It’s back to school time! Do you want to help newcomer children but only have a couple hours per week to offer? Our Afterschool Program provides homework support to newcomer children in a group environment, as well as the opportunity to participate in a variety of recreational and social activities.

Volunteers provide 1.5 hours of assistance per week by:
• Helping participants with homework, assignments, and projects
• Participating in group activities
• Assisting with event set-up and clean-up

Our Afterschool Program is a great opportunity for volunteers who are 16 years of age or older to get involved in the community.
