H-1B Cap Season

In the 2014 fiscal year (October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014), the H-1B cap (or quota) was reached in the first five days of April 2013. (Note: April 1st is the first 
day a U.S. employer may file an H-1B petition for a foreign national for the next fiscal year).
If you are interested in sponsoring a
foreign national for the H-1B category, and that foreign national has not been sponsored for the H-1B category in the past, that you make every effort to ensure your H-1B petition is filed within the first five days of April 2014. For more information, please click here.
