The criteria for this award has changed this year.We will no longer have airlines competing against vendors and judging will be done separately. Please be sure to fill out the appropriate form for your nomination to be considered.  

Best Single Achievement in Passengers Experience-Airline and Best Single Achievement in Passengers Experience-Vendor - recognizes a specific achievement-rather than a general improvement-which an airline has successfully implemented.

Best Achievement in Technology-Airline and Best Achievement in Technology-Vendor - recognizes a specific achievement successfully implemented by an airline.
 
Award winners will be announced at the Passenger Choice Awards Gala at the APEX 2012 EXPO on 17 September 2012 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California USA. We look forward to seeing you in Long Beach and, together, honoring those providing excellence in passenger experience!
