This is the final installment of the six diaries, and covers a vast span: 1947-1986. We learn about Anne as a mother, an aspiring writer, and the wife of the charismatic, if difficult, Charles. Governor Madeleine Kunin returns to the Flying Pig with The New Feminist Agenda: Defining the Next Generation of Women, Work and Family. Her new book examines the current effect of the early feminist movement and the doors it opened for all women in the 1960s-1970s. Sadly, it turns out that many of those early gains have been lost and progress has been slow, and many of the gains have been eroded. The book offers a detailed accounting of what went wrong and why.
