Brian Cheu is the Director of Community Development for the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD).  In that capacity he is responsible for overseeing the City's Community Development Block Grant Program, the Emergency Solutions Grant program, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program, and the South of Market Community Stabilization Fund, as well as the department's capacity building and community building activities.  Brian Cheu will seek input for MOHCD's 5-year Consolidated Plan.  The plan will help define funding priorities and strategies for four federal funding sources totaling approximately $30 million per year.
