Each year, Arkansas A+ holds an event to celebrate the new schools joining the A+ network. This year the event will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Argenta Community Theater in downtown North Little Rock. The public is invited to attend to celebrate our new schools and to have the opportunity to learn more about AR A+ Schools. Please contact the AR A+ office with any questions.

Kennedy Center Artist Rosalind Flynn Presents Professional Development Workshop
Arkansas A+ Schools hosted Kennedy Center artist Rosalind Flynn, who led A+ Fellows and A+ teachers through a Curriculum-Based ReadersTheatre workshop on Saturday, January 10, 2015. Participants received 6 credit hours for completing this workshop. After performing several examples of how to use reader's theatre in the classroom, groups wrote and performed their own script.
