ASA of Ohio is pleased once again to have State Representative Cheryl L. Grossman (R) as our keynote speaker for our Annual Meeting. 

Rep. Grossman was elected by her colleagues as Assistant Majority Whip for the Ohio House of Representatives. 

She is a member of several Committees, including two that can have significant impact upon our industry;

Rep. Grossman will talk about legislative issues that are important to our businesses and to give our members an update on the status of our  Retainage Reform bill.

ASA of Ohio feels that the time is right for Retainage Reform in Ohio, presenting it as a "Job Creation/Job Retention/Stimulus Bill".  ASA has been working with Rep. Grossman who has now included other industry parties to help this bill pass. 

As the sponsor of the legislation, she has been instrumental in helping us move closer to our goals.
