DAY ONE
 
Welcome & Meditation with the Master
Hari Charn Kaur with Amrit Singh welcomed participants to the Trainer Forum and Nirvair Singh led an opening meditation with the Master (from April 7, 1986 in Los Angeles, California), Facebook Live video here.
Service, Unity, Renewal – a revist of last year’s theme

Service: “Known for Our Service” is a slideshow presentation that highlights numerous inspiring service projects happening around the world by Kundalini Yoga trainers. This presentation will continue to be added to and shown at other trainer forums around the world. Watch the presentation! If you would like to share your service project with KRI go here.

Unity: The Aquarian Trainer Academy of KRI has over 800 members and continues to grow. In this past year Global Decision Making and global discussion have been a major focus. Trainers are working together through Sutra, global forums, and networking.

Renewal: This year KRI focused on the redux of Level One and Level Two. Below is a brief summary of those two projects. Click here to read more.
Peer to Peer check in and meeting
This segment of the Forum is greatly valued by trainers as an opportunity to build networks and relationships.
Workshops

Note from Hari Charn Kaur: KRI received feedback on the Compassionate Inquiry Workshop from participants, many of whom were licensed therapists.  We ask trainers to note that some of the skills presented were beyond the scope of practice for a Teacher Trainer and if you have questions please contact KRI.

Legacy of Kundalini Yoga
Krishna Kaur and Nirvair Singh facilitated a conversation with trainers about legacy training methodologies. The highlights of this facilitated workshop were:
- “I search and get deeply immersed in the Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings ® on a daily basis. What an amazing resource! I always like to share some technology or an insight that has inspired me.
