INDIVIDUAL ARTIST grants provide funding for a variety of activities designed to aid in public awareness of the artist's work or projects that will aid in the progression to, and/or exploration of a new level in their artistic development and professional career. Up to $2000 (for Developing Artists), or $5000 (for Established Career Artists). NO cash match required.
A note of encouragement:
Although this is a quick turnaround, we encourage you to apply during this added July round, since we have funds that we must award by the end of August. Take a chance, dive into summer with an art project funded by a SMAC Individual Artist grant.
